Andy Deas

Andy Deas has a diverse and accomplished career spanning various industries, with significant experience in franchise ownership, marketing, and business consulting. As the owner/operator and franchisee of Little Caesars Pizza from 2007 to 2014, Andy achieved a remarkable 40% growth rate, ranking #6 among 5,000 national chains. In addition to this, a successful tenure as account director at PCG Campbell involved leading marketing initiatives for nationwide Ford Dealer marketing groups. Subsequent roles included serving as first vice president of marketing at SunTrust Banks, where Andy spearheaded the introduction of NASCAR banking products, and as vice president of sales and marketing at Championship Auto Racing Teams, achieving significant sponsorship revenue growth. Currently, as a franchise partner at Poolwerx USA, Andy has successfully doubled sales annually since March 2022. Additionally, time as a business consultant and senior project manager at International Services involved leading extensive teams to enhance small business performance. Andy holds a BSc (HONS) in Geography specializing in Fluvial Geomorphology from Loughborough University.
