POP is a New York–based architecture studio. The company is distinct among boutique firms for its family makeup as well as its multidisciplinary organization: Representing expertise in architecture, and construction, principals Okan Oncel and Jessica Pleasants practice a robust creative process in which innovation and comfort are informed equally by budget and project management. Our unique structure not only ensures the constructability and overall value of every design, but also supports a shared vision of design excellence. We believe that the most memorable spaces flow easily into one another, foster inspiring connections to landscape and history, and possess an intuitive functionality. These principles best come to life when specialists from related fields combine knowledge.
