For nearly 50 years, our firm has been a recognized leader in the diversity and inclusion industry. We were pioneers in the national conversation about the changing demographics of the U.S. workforce, advocating an inclusive environment for everyone. We are known for creating and delivering engaging content, innovative assessment tools and organizational change processes that deliver bottom-line results.

As our corporate clients became multinational organizations, our understanding of diversity outside of the U.S. expanded as well. While diversity may not look or mean the same thing everywhere in the world, every nation struggles with how to create inclusive high-performing teams to some degree. We have worked throughout Europe, Asia, and South America, as well as Australia, Africa, and India.

We understand that organizations are in very different places on their Diversity and Inclusion Journey, and we appreciate that substantive change is rarely easy and often creates resistance. Are you just beginning and don’t know where to start, have had lots of activity but are stuck, or have made significant progress and are ready to seamlessly integrate into talent management processes? No matter where you are today, we have the experience and expertise to assist you in getting where you want to be in the future.

At Pope Consulting, we firmly believe that diversity and inclusion aren’t just buzzwords. As long as organizations need people to achieve their goals, diversity and inclusion will be either a tremendous source of strength or weakness. They will rarely be neutral.
