Lesley Smith

Lesley Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in academia and media. Currently serving as a Reviewer for popmatters.com since 1999, Lesley focuses on film, television, and DVD critiques. In addition, Lesley has been an Associate Professor at George Mason University since August 1995. Previous roles include Researcher/Producer at London Weekend Television from 1982 to 1992 and Administrator at the Social Science Research Council in London from 1981 to 1982. Lesley holds a D.Phil. in Modern History from the University of Oxford, an MA (Hons) in History from the University of St Andrews, and a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing (Poetry) from George Mason University.
