Brian S.

Brian S. has a diverse work experience beginning in 2001 as a Special Projects Associate at EOU - Pierce Library. Brian then worked as a Desktop Coordinator at Farmers & Merchants State Bank from 2004 to 2007. From 2007 to 2013, they were a Senior Systems Engineer and Director of Technical Operations at Treasure Valley IT. In 2013, they briefly worked as a Sr. Exchange & AD Consultant at Neos-SDI. Brian joined Farmers Insurance in 2013 as a System Application Support Engineer and gradually moved up to the role of IT Operations Program Manager II until 2019. Brian then worked at Talking Rain Beverage Company as a Technology Manager, Senior Manager of Infrastructure, Operations, & IT Security, and Director of Information Technology. Currently, they are the Director of Information Technology at poppi starting in 2023.

Brian S. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in IT with a focus on Network and System Administration/Administrator from WGU Washington between 2015 and 2018. Prior to that, they attended Boise State University from 2002 to 2005. Brian also briefly attended Eastern Oregon University from 2001 to 2002 and completed their high school education at St. Maries High School from 1998 to 2001. In addition to their degrees, Brian has obtained various certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), A+, AWS Technical Essentials, Apple Certified Associate, LPIC-1 (Linux Administrator), Linux+, MCDST, MCP, MCTS, Network+, and Security+.
