William Chang

William Chang is a seasoned technology entrepreneur and software engineer with extensive experience in mobile application development and engineering leadership. As the founder of PowNow since 2018, William has been pivotal in shaping innovative solutions. Previous roles include Lead of Engineering at Siberia and Swift Developer at General Assembly. William co-founded Popps Inc, where engaging mobile applications were developed, and worked as a software engineer at Vizu and CASSEL. William's early career included a research assistant role at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, contributing to database design and data analysis. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
