Jacob McDonnell currently serves as Vice President of Customer Success at Poppulo, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Jacob was Senior Director of Customer Success at Four Winds Interactive from January 2021 to December 2023, where Jacob also held the role of Director of Customer Success. Jacob holds a BA in Economics from Macalester College, obtained in 2010.
