James Draper

James Draper is a seasoned engineering leader currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Poppulo. Previously, they held the same title at Teamwork, where they led cross-functional teams in high-impact app development, focusing on both technical excellence and team empowerment. James began their career as a Graduate at Anglo Irish Bank and has since developed expertise in fostering collaborative environments, prioritizing technical strategy, and mentoring engineers. They hold a Master's degree in Interactive Media from University College Cork, in addition to a BComm in Business/Commerce and a qualification as a Financial Advisor from the Institute of Bankers.
