Poppy is a boutique, gender‑sensitive support service for young women and gender‑diverse people across Melbourne. We provide calm, consistent, trauma‑aware support that helps participants build confidence, routine, independence, and meaningful connection.
Our approach is intentionally small and relationship‑based. Every support worker is carefully selected for warmth, emotional safety, and alignment with our values. We focus on predictable routines, gentle encouragement, and creating environments where young people feel genuinely seen and supported.
Poppy partners closely with families, support coordinators, social workers, and clinicians to ensure each participant receives thoughtful, personalised care that evolves with their needs.
We exist to make support feel safe, steady, and empowering — the way it should be.
