Cody Bess

Cody Bess has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. In 2011, Cody worked as a FIU Student Ambassador and a Finance BOLDer at Google. In 2012, Cody was an Investment Banking Analyst at CGI Capital and a Research Intern at the International Trade Administration. Cody then joined XAPT Corporation as a Microsoft Dynamics AX Solution Consultant from 2012 to 2014. After that, Cody worked as an Executive Producer independently and as a Business Manager at Lorena Cortes, P.A. In 2014, Cody joined Arbela Technologies as a Functional Consultant, where they implemented HRIS systems, provided consulting services, and conducted training sessions. From 2014 to 2016, Cody worked as a Strategy Consultant at Entercept Management Group and played a crucial role in launching technology and strategic projects. In 2018, Cody founded Poprouser Inc. and served as the CEO and Founder. They were responsible for managing and operating the People function, hiring teams, and leading various HR projects and programs. Cody also served as the Director of Diversity & Inclusion on the Board of Directors at Greater Miami SHRM from 2019 to 2021, organizing successful diversity events.

Cody Bess completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance/Economics at Florida International University from 2008 to 2012.
