Peter Ekwall

Peter Ekwall is a seasoned professional in intellectual property management and entrepreneurship, currently serving as the Chief Intellectual Property Officer and Intellectual Property Manager at PulPac since August 2021. Ekwall co-founded Glömda Äpplen, a pioneering cider brand focused on crafting high-quality artisanal cider from local apple varieties while addressing food waste. Previous roles include Head of the Gothenburg Office at Ström & Gulliksson, Senior Digital Threat Analyst at Zacco Digital Threat Intelligence, and European Patent Attorney at Albihns Zacco. Ekwall has an extensive background in patent law, having held several managerial positions within Zacco from 2012 to 2018, and began a career as a Police Officer with the Swedish Police Force from 1992 to 2000. Ekwall holds a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and Engineering Physics from Chalmers University of Technology, completed in 1999.
