Iris Xu

Iris (Shuhua) Xu is currently the GTM Marketing Operations Manager at PopSockets, having previously served as a Marketing Manager at SHEIN, where they successfully built Luvlette's influencer pool and social accounts from the ground up. Prior to that, Iris participated in the Mars Functional Leadership Experience Program, focusing on logistics performance and end-to-end planning for DOVE gifting. Iris also gained valuable experience as an APAC Raw Material Sourcing Intern at L'Oréal, where they managed sourcing operations across multiple factories. They hold a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Hubei University.
