Claudio Chea is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital strategy and customer engagement. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Engagement & Personalization at Banco Popular de Puerto Rico since May 2019, Claudio leads the strategy and management of digital channels for client connectivity and personalization during an enterprise-wide omnichannel transformation. Previously, as the Chief Digital Officer at IXS, Claudio was instrumental in creating meaningful brand-audience relationships through technology. Claudio's career also includes significant roles such as Digital Director at Saatchi & Saatchi, where the first digital and technology division was established, and Digital Accounts Supervisor at JWT, where key campaigns for major brands were managed, resulting in the agency's first Cannes Lions award in the digital space. With foundational experience in production and project management at various marketing and advertising firms, Claudio has a proven track record in driving digital business growth and creating impactful strategies for diverse clients.
