Jorge Cintron

Jorge Cintron is an experienced security and IT professional currently serving as an ISO Security Specialist and System Administrator at Popular since June 2020. Prior roles include IT Security Support Specialist at FirstBank and IT Technician at Comunication Solutions. Jorge's career began in retail sales at Costazul Surf & Skate and as a Runner at Atencion Atencion Inc. Jorge holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Master's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico. Additionally, Jorge is pursuing a Master's degree in Cybersecurity at the Georgia Institute of Technology, expected to be completed in June 2027. Initial education was completed at Universal Technical Institute, Inc., in Marine Maintenance/Fitter and Ship Repair Technology.
