Ed Coper has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Ed is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Populares, where they utilize their expertise in building changemaking strategies for social impact and political engagement. Prior to this, they served as a Member of the Advisory Committee at the Australian Human Rights Institute. Ed also has experience as an Executive Director at The Center for Impact Communications. In addition, Ed founded and served as the Director of Strategy at Corelab, working with notable clients such as the Malala Fund and UNICEF. Ed was also the Global Development Director at Change.org and the Director of New Media at Slow Food USA. Ed's career includes roles as a Senior Mobilization Adviser at 1GOAL: Education For All and the Director of Campaigns at GetUp, where they played a crucial role in growing the organization into Australia's largest political organization.
Ed Coper has completed executive education at Harvard Kennedy School at Harvard University. Ed has also taken a donor development course at NYU School of Professional Studies. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and a Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons) degree from UNSW.
