Fernando Blat

Fernando Blat is a co-founder and CTO at Populate, a studio in Madrid that develops tools for civic engagement, transparency, and open government. Prior to this, Fernando worked as a developer at BeBanjo, and as a CTO and co-founder at Toldo and Actuable. Fernando also has experience as a developer at Vizzuality and La Coctelera, as well as a software engineer at The Cocktail. Fernando holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia.
