Isaac Grauke

Isaac Grauke is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and customer service. As CEO of Populi since May 2009, Isaac played a pivotal role in the company's spin-off from its parent organization, assembled a high-performing team, and successfully negotiated a stock buyback that empowered employees with controlling interest. Prior to this, Isaac served as Vice President of Customer Service at EMSI from January 2006 to May 2009, where significant contributions included building the customer service department, developing best practices, and generating millions in annual renewal revenue. Isaac holds a Bachelor of Arts and Culture degree from New Saint Andrews College, earned between 2001 and 2005.
