Lori Blakey

Lori Blakey currently serves as Vice President of Delivery at Populus Group, a position held since March 2008, after advancing through various roles including Director of Payroll & HR Services and Human Resources Manager. In these capacities, Lori has led the delivery of payroll services nationwide, developed key HR policies and procedures, and scaled a payroll services delivery team during significant business growth. Previous experience includes managing the MSP of Navistar's Temporary Personnel Program and serving as a Technical Recruiter at The Judge Group. Lori holds a BS in Psychology from Illinois State University and has completed studies at DePaul University and the University of Limerick.
