Arthur Philbé

Arthur Philbé is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and investment across various sectors. Currently serving as a member of Réseau Entreprendre Paris and La French Tech Grand Paris, Arthur has held the role of CEO at Weblib since March 2009, overseeing key areas such as sales, strategy, fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, human resources, and marketing. Additionally, Arthur is the CEO of smilein by Weblib, and an investor in multiple startups including INGA, Popwork, Moodz.co, and Funky Veggie. An alumnus of Sciences Po with a Master's degree in Communication Marketing, Arthur also participated in a year abroad program at King's College London, focusing on European Cultural Law and History.
