Porchlight Interiors is a Wilmington-based interior design studio specializing in luxury staging, residential design, remodel support, and vacation rental design. We are known for approachable, client-driven interiors that balance beauty and function—never forcing a single aesthetic, but instead creating spaces that reflect each client’s unique story. Both our design work and retail offerings are rooted in curated, collected pieces that are truly one of a kind. Through our retail arm, The Mod Shop by Porchlight, we source distinctive vintage and modern furnishings from across the country—often uncovering statement pieces that become the inspiration for full-scale design projects.
