Matthew Bealer

Matthew Bealer has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Matthew began their career at Hatfield Quality Meats as a Quality Assurance Technician, ensuring food safety and monitoring product quality. Matthew later took on the role of Assistant Foodservice Director, managing the cafeteria, company store, and laundry facility.

From there, Bealer joined Churchill Corporate Services as a Director of Operations, overseeing a large number of corporate housing units and quickly being promoted after demonstrating exceptional performance. Matthew then moved on to National Corporate Housing, where they served as a Quality Assurance Coordinator and later as Client Services Manager, responsible for inspecting apartments, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Next, Bealer worked at ROSS Companies as a Property Manager, overseeing property operations. Matthew then joined Mobile Software Technology, LLC as a Business Development Manager, helping service sector companies improve their system processes through software solutions.

Bealer's next role was as a Field Service Technician at Weathersby Guild Richmond Inc, where they played a key role in repairing and restoring furniture items to the highest standards. Currently, they are employed at Porex as a Value Stream Manager, leading an innovative Operations team in the timely production of various bonded fiber materials for global companies.

Throughout their career, Bealer has consistently demonstrated attention to detail, a focus on prioritization, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Matthew Bealer attended DeSales University from 1994 to 1996, where they studied Accounting/Marketing and Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Matthew did not obtain a degree during this time. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Lean Tactics Global in October 2020, a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from the same institution in February 2020, a SafeStart Trainer Certification from SafeStart International in June 2019, a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Management and Strategy Institute in April 2019, and a HubSpot Sales Software certification from HubSpot in December 2016.
