Michael Seeger

Michael Seeger has extensive work experience in the information technology and supply chain fields. Michael is currently employed as the Director of IT at Porex. Prior to this, they worked at Medtronic for several years in various roles, including Senior Information Technology Manager, Business Consultant, Program Manager, Information Technology Business Analyst, and Data Quality Lead. In these positions, they were responsible for implementing data management systems, leading teams, and establishing governance boards to improve data quality and efficiency in the supply chain. Michael also standardized and documented processes related to sales, operations planning, demand planning, and inventory management. Before their time at Medtronic, Michael worked at Honeywell Aerospace as an Operations Supervisor, Lean Expert, and Manufacturing Engineer, where they were involved in strategic planning, capacity planning, process improvement, and project management.

Michael Seeger has a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University. Furthermore, they pursued an MBA in Operations and Supply Chain from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
