Wei Shin CPP, EGN is a seasoned Supply Chain Director with over 22 years of experience in manufacturing, focusing on end-to-end supply chain management and customer experiences. Wei has held various leadership roles, including Global Director of Network Optimization at Porex and Assistant Manager of Logistics at Akzo Nobel, where they implemented strategic optimization projects that significantly improved efficiency and reduced costs. They possess comprehensive knowledge across multiple supply chain functions, including logistics, warehousing, procurement, and inventory management. Wei holds a degree in Biological Science from the University of Terengganu Malaysia and a certification as a Certified Purchasing Professional from the American Purchasing Society. Currently, Wei is dedicated to overseeing Asia supply chain operations, ensuring optimal service levels while managing costs.
