PorkChop is the BenchTech™ platform for hands-on workforce training.

Not adapted. Not retrofitted. Built for work that happens at the bench, bay, truck, line, kitchen, dock, shop or jobsite.

Traditional LMS platforms were built to manage content. PorkChop was built to manage skill.

Workers do not learn by clicking through slides alone.

They cook. They weld. They wire. They build. They fix. They drive. They operate. They prove it with their hands.

PorkChop extends existing training systems through LTI 1.3, adding the hands-on layer they were never built to support.

Legacy platforms manage lessons. PorkChop manages proof.

BenchTech™ by PorkChop helps employers, associations, workforce programs and training partners turn practical work into visible skill records through:

AI-powered project generation based on real materials
Computer vision to scan ingredients, parts, tools and equipment
Video-based skill assessment with rubric grading
Supervisor sign-off and proof-of-skill records
Discipline-specific AI assistants like Bench Boss Johnny, Toji Master Kito and Sparky the Lineman
AR-guided practice and real-world simulation

No rip-and-replace. No migration headaches.

Keep the systems you already use. PorkChop powers the practical side of workforce training.

PorkChop — BenchTech™ for the hands-on workforce.
