Kevin Welch is the Founder and CEO of North Star COO Services, LLC, established in April 2024, providing Fractional COO services specifically for small businesses in the hospitality and foodservice industry, along with leadership coaching workshops and hospitality consulting. Prior to this role, Kevin Welch served as the Director of Operations at Port City Java. Kevin Welch holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Cape Fear Community College, earned from August 2015 to May 2017.
