Michael M. has over 20 years of work experience in software engineering and development. From 2000 to 2004, they worked as a Technical Specialist at Leggett & Platt, where they designed, developed, and maintained ASP.Net 2.0/3.0. From 2004 to 2009, they were the Owner of JMJ Enterprises, an online retail business they started from nothing and grew to an average yearly revenue of over $250k, with some years exceeding $500k. During this time, they created custom software to locate pricing opportunities between online marketplaces. From 2009 to 2018, they were a Senior Software Engineer at symplr - Healthcare Compliance + Credentialing, where they developed custom software solutions for clients and created a CAQH provider import system, which is sold as an add-on to existing CACTUS clients. Since 2018, they have worked as a Software Architect at Port TMS and as a Software Engineering Contractor at Adaptive Solutions Group.

Michael then attended Missouri State University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
