Dennis Brus Risbjerg has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. Dennis Brus started their career as a QA Lead at IO Interactive in 2008 before progressing to become a Software QA Tester and then a Level Designer. In their role as a Level Designer, they were responsible for designing levels from concept to release and utilized modular blocks to create a seamless gaming experience. Dennis Brus joined King, Activision/Blizzard in 2014 as a Level Designer, where they focused on live product re-design and analyzed data to enhance the player experience. In 2017, Dennis joined NapNok Games as a Lead Gameplay Designer, where they led a team of 16 designers and oversaw level and game design. Dennis Brus also worked on creating engaging and immersive worlds for couch co-op games. Following their tenure at NapNok Games, Dennis worked at Fantastic, yes as a Senior Level Designer, where they contributed to level design. In 2019, they then joined FunPlus as a Lead System Designer/Game Director. Dennis worked closely with a team in Shanghai, providing feedback on game features, consulting on making the game more westernized, and reviewing the art side of the project. Finally, Dennis is currently employed as the Lead Game Designer at PortalOne, Inc.
Dennis Brus Risbjerg attended Langelands folkeskole from 1988 to 1998, where they completed their general education. Following that, from 2000 to 2003, they pursued their higher education at Svendborg Gymnasium. There, they obtained a Mathematical exam degree with a focus on Music and Datalogy.
