Debayan Deb

Debayan Deb currently works in the Founder's Office at Porter, focusing on strategy development, coordination, and execution to achieve the Founder's goals since January 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manufacturing Executive at ITC Foods Limited, where responsibilities encompassed planning and implementing Industry 4.0 initiatives, managing process excellence projects, and overseeing production planning from August 2016 to September 2021. Deb also completed a traineeship as a Quality Executive at Britannia Industries Ltd. in mid-2015. In terms of education, Debayan is pursuing a PGDM (Executive) in Business Administration and Management at the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, which started in October 2021, and holds a Bachelor of Technology in Food Science and Technology from Techno India Saltlake, obtained in 2016. Education extends to Don Bosco, where foundational studies were completed between 1999 and 2010.
