Mohit Rathi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Mohit began their career as an intern at Nine Star Share Broking Private, where they assisted the equity research team in developing a comprehensive report on the Oil & Gas Sector. Mohit then worked as a project intern at STMicroelectronics, successfully identifying and fixing bugs in Scan Chains.

In 2012, Mohit joined Samsung Research India as a Senior Software Engineer, where they played a core role in developing a platform that seamlessly worked across different B2B verticals, focusing on the healthcare domain. Mohit was also involved in the development of a new product called mEMR2.0 (Electronic Medical Records) and a new module called Smart Consult.

Moving on, Mohit joined HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management as a Management Trainee in 2014. Mohit then transitioned to Cognizant as a Consultant for a brief period in 2015 before joining Porter, where they held various positions. Mohit started as an Expansion Manager, then served as City Head and Deputy General Manager of Growth. Mohit further progressed to the role of GM of Acquisitions & Marketing, then AVP of Growth & Marketing, and is currently the VP of Customer Growth & Engagement at Porter.

Mohit Rathi has a diverse education history. Mohit completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Finance, General from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research in 2015. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani in 2012. During their time at the same institution, they also earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Biological Sciences in 2012. Additionally, they obtained the NSE Certified Market Professional (NCMP) - Level 2 certification from NSE in 2011.
