Neal Fleming

Neal Fleming is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of PMO at Porterbrook since May 2020, Neal is responsible for leading the Project Management Office to enhance project management processes. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager within PMO and Programme Manager for Digital Services, where Neal managed a portfolio of R&D projects that transitioned into revenue-generating opportunities. Neal's earlier experience includes delivering consultancy services at SNC-Lavalin Atkins and working as a Design Engineer at Brush Traction Ltd., showcasing proficiency in both engineering and project management. Neal holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Product Design Engineering from Loughborough University.
