Stuart Benson

Stuart Benson has over two decades of experience in the transportation sector, particularly in railway maintenance and asset management. Beginning with a role as Maintenance Controller at Bombardier Transportation from May 2000 to 2001, Stuart subsequently joined East Midlands Trains, where responsibilities included Maintenance Controller and Engineering Standards Manager from April 2001 to April 2010. In April 2020, Stuart joined Porterbrook and has held multiple positions, including Asset Inspection Engineer, Spares Manager, and Asset Inspections and Movements Manager, until April 2024.
