Peter Moon

Peter Moon has a long and varied career in the tech industry. Peter began their career in 2006 as a Firmware Engineer at Genesis Microchip. One year later, they moved to an ASIC Design Engineering role at the same company. In 2008, they joined Visual Thinking Intl. as a Software Developer, where they designed decision support systems, presented product demos, and implemented web-based real-time planning and scheduling systems. In 2012, they moved to ACA Technology Solutions as a Team Lead Manager, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer. Most recently, they have been working at Portfolio BI as a Team Lead Manager, where they lead a team of developers and analysts building ETL pipelines and producing analytical reporting for hedge funds and asset managers.

Peter Moon attended the University of Waterloo from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Honours Computer Engineering Co-op.
