Robert Bence

Robert Bence has extensive experience in the property investment industry. Robert is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Portfolio, a position they assumed in December 2021. Prior to this, Bence co-founded and served as CEO of Property Hub, the UK's leading source of free property investment education, since November 2013.

In addition, Bence co-founded Yellow Lettings, a UK lettings agent, in December 2013, and held the role until January 2019. Robert also served as Director at RMP Property (Rescue my Pension), a UK property investment company, from January 2011 to January 2019. During this period, RMP Property was absorbed into the Property Hub Group and re-branded as Property Hub Invest.

Before these ventures, Bence worked as a Sales and Portfolio Manager at YPC Group from May 2009 to December 2010. Prior to that, they were a Property Investment Consultant at Bold Spirit Ltd, where they assisted clients with their property investment strategies in the UK and Cyprus from February 2007 to May 2009. Bence's career in the property industry began at David McLean Homes, where they worked as a Property Investment Consultant from November 2005 to February 2007.
