Why Optimisation Matters.
Optimisation is no longer optional; it's the key to staying competitive.
As battery energy storage systems become the predominant form of firming renewable energy, the ability to maximise revenue depends on how effectively you optimise your portfolio of generation assets across all value streams.

The markets that incentivise battery storage will continue to evolve. A scalable optimisation solution, one that operates at the asset, portfolio, and market level, is essential to maintaining a competitive edge and achieving long-term sustainability in an increasingly complex energy landscape.

That’s where PortfolioEnergy comes in.
We deliver a high-performance optimisation layer that models each asset in real time, captures value across all relevant markets, and integrates seamlessly with your existing tech stack. Whether you're a trader aiming to capture volatility, a developer seeking to manage complex offtake arrangements, or an aggregator managing distributed fleets, our platform provides:
- Transparent, open-source optimisation logic
- Direct integration with your systems via REST API
- The flexibility to interrogate and adapt the system over time

We’re not just another locked-down SaaS provider. We’re a partner in moving the market toward open, auditable, and high-performance optimisation that benefits your bespoke generation portfolio and risk management posture.
