Welcome to Portico.

We are a specialist provider of tailored front of house services - aimed primarily at the business and industry, residential and property sectors. We have built our relationships and reputation on providing impeccable client services through the development of our people and the support of our operational teams.

We are very different to most front of house companies and we never forget that it is our people whom deliver our great service.

We embrace individuality, providing each and every team member with the very best coaching, encouragement, support and training to flourish and reach their full potential. All Portico people have structured personal development paths to ensure we are meeting everyone’s personal career aspirations.

As our business grows, so do the opportunities for our teams. We want those who work within our family to mature with our business which is why we recruit from the inside first. Each year we promote approximately 7% of our people internally into senior roles, allowing us to attract new talent into the business to begin their journey.

Hard work and commitment are never overlooked at Portico. We make huge investments in rewarding success. Recognition programmes focus on our impromptu ‘thank you’ scheme, our Annual Portico People Awards and long service awards.
