Robert Doble

Robert Doble is the Building Future Generations Sector Director at Porticus since February 2022, previously serving as Director of Policy, Advocacy, and Programs at Theirworld from November 2019 to December 2021. Doble held the position of Advocacy Director at The LEGO Foundation from September 2018 to November 2019 and was the Head of Education Policy, Advocacy, and Communications at Save the Children International from May 2015 to August 2018, where key contributions included leading the Global Education Secretariat. Doble served as Acting Global Education Director at Save the Children UK and led Post-2015 education policy and advocacy efforts. Earlier roles include Policy Director at Oshun Partnership, Policy Analyst for the Global Partnership for Education, Strategic Policy Advisor at the Children's Investment Fund Foundation, and Liaison Officer at Oxfam. Doble holds a PhD in Global Health Policy and additional degrees in Conflict, Security and International Development, and International Politics.
