Werner Bachstein is currently a Chairman at the Community Arts Network and has held the role of Regional Director CEE/MENAT at Porticus from 2013 to 2016. They served as CEO of Caritas from 1999 to 2013 and as an Assistenzprofessor at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) from 1995 to 2000. Werner is pursuing a Doktor (Ph.D.) in Economics at WU.
