Derrick Brown

Derrick Brown is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Portillo's Hot Dogs since August 2016, Derrick established the FP&A function and transformed the department into a critical resource for data-driven decision-making. Prior experience includes key finance roles at McDonald's, where responsibilities encompassed supply chain management and financial reporting, as well as an Assistant Controller position at Coleman Natural Foods and a Senior Accountant role at Uline. Derrick began professional career as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers after earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northern Illinois University.
