Eric Bevins

Eric Bevins has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the food service industry. Eric worked at Portillo's from 2016 to the present, holding positions such as Director of Operations and Director of Operations Services. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Operations at Noodles & Company from 2007 to 2014. Eric also worked at Chipotle Mexican Grill as an Area Manager from 1997 to 2007.
