Jay Bushmaker

Jay Bushmaker is an experienced hospitality professional with over 20 years of management experience in various roles. Currently serving as General Manager at Portillo's Hot Dogs since October 2017, Jay previously held positions including District Manager and General Manager at Bonfire Wood Fire Cooking and Axel's Charhouse Restaurants from February 2014 to October 2017. Prior to that, Jay held the General Manager role at Carbone’s Pizza Bar & Grill from September 2008 to February 2014, and at Jamba Juice from December 2003 to September 2008. Jay began the management career at Jillian's as a Manager from November 2000 to December 2003. Educational qualifications include a degree from the UMN Carlson School of Management, completed between 1997 and 2000.
