Robert Hahn

Robert Hahn is an experienced restaurant management professional with a strong background in operational leadership spanning several decades. Currently serving as General Manager at Portillo's since November 2020, Robert has previously held key positions including Operations Manager at Joe's Farm Grill and New Restaurant Opening Coordinator/General Manager at The Counter®. Robert's career milestones also include over a decade as General Manager at Red Robin and various roles at Darden/Olive Garden, demonstrating expertise in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. A veteran of the US Army, Robert served as an NCO during significant military operations including Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communications from Metropolitan State University of Denver, complemented by foundational education from Cherry Creek High School.
