Edwin Klaps

Edwin Klaps has over three decades of experience in the insurance sector, currently serving as Managing Director for the Broker Channel and Non-Life Development at AG Insurance since September 1992. Throughout the tenure at AG Insurance, Klaps has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Business Development, General Manager of Development Non-Life, and Head of Brokers Network. In addition to the responsibilities at AG Insurance, Klaps holds several board positions, including Chairman at Touring and Homeras, and serves on the boards of Optimile, Assuralia, AlphaCredit, Portima, and DrySolutions. Klaps also brings academic expertise with a Master's degree in Engineering and Computer Science, a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, and a Master's degree in Business Administration from KU Leuven.
