PortIQ Logistics is a port-centric logistics service provider operating out of the Port of Brisbane, specialising in high-volume steel, industrial and project cargo.

Founded by Simon Kalaba and Alistair McClure, PortIQ brings over 60 years of combined experience in port operations, supply chain management and complex freight handling. Simon and Alistair are well-known and widely respected figures in the Australian logistics industry, with a reputation built on integrity, accountability and getting the job done right.

We maintain a constant operational presence at the Port of Brisbane, overseeing every movement from wharf to delivery. Every consignment is planned around the specific demands of the job, with the right handling approach, resources and transport coordination in place from the start.

Our services include breakbulk management, LCL transport, container unpack, container transport, and storage and warehousing. Each is delivered with full traceability, clear reporting and a single point of accountability throughout.

We believe complex freight deserves more than a tracking number. Our clients always know what's happening, what's ahead and why it matters.
