Portland Consulting Engineers commenced trading on the 5th April 2004 with John Hardy as the managing director. Since the company's inception  it has been involved in the design and construction of Historical and Ecclesiastical Buildings, Commercial Developments, Social and Private Housing, Schools and Colleges, Extra Care Schemes, Leisure Facilities and many more.
