Daniel Baca has over 25 years of work experience in the logistics industry. Daniel began their career in 1993 as a Specialist at the U.S. Army Infantry School. In 2002, they became an IT Service Technician at L.A.U.S.D. In 2005, they were promoted to Director of Operations at Mega Freight. In 2013, they assumed the role of Safety Director and Operations Consultant at Orange Courier. In 2014, they became an Account Executive at Profit Tools, Inc. In 2018, they took on the role of Information Technology and Services Consultant at GPM Logistics and Customer Support and Operations & IT Training at Compcare Services. In 2019, they were promoted to Enterprise Sales Executive at NEXT Trucking. In 2020, they became VP of Carrier Success at PortPro and Sales Director at PortPro.io, providing a system that gives Drayage Carriers an extra advantage or opportunity to those who would normally not have the system functionality. Daniel is also responsible for aggressive marketing the LBS brand and negotiation of rates to meet load expectations while ensuring optimal transportation services from qualified carriers.
Daniel Baca attended Cerritos College from 1997 to 1999, earning an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Business Administration and Management, General. Daniel then attended California State University, Long Beach from 1999 to 2001, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, Information Systems.
