Khimananda Oli

Khimananda Oli has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to 2022.

Khimananda began their career as an IT Assistant at the College of Information Technology & Engineering in 2009 and worked there until 2013.

From 2013 to 2019, they worked at Rapid Web Solutions as a Network/System Administrator, where they gained expertise in troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and Linux systems. Khimananda also handled Mikrotik routers and manageable switches and administered servers for Apache, MySQL, NodeJS, and MongoDB.

In 2017, Khimananda joined Peace Nepal DOT Com as a Senior Linux System Administrator and worked there until joining Global Digital Nepal in 2018. At Global Digital Nepal, they served as a System Administrator and managed AWS services like EC2, CodeCommit, CodeDeploy, and Pipeline. Khimananda also administered and monitored WordPress Multisite.

In 2018, they also had a brief stint at WP Creative as a System Engineer, where they worked until 2020.

In 2019, Khimananda joined ITONICS | Shaping Innovation as a Senior DevOps Engineer. Khimananda held this position until 2022.

Most recently, in 2022, they joined PortPro as a Senior DevOps Engineer, where they currently work.

Khimananda Oli has a Master's degree in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok. Khimananda obtained this degree from 2014 to 2016. Prior to their Master's degree, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from College of Information Technology & Engineering between 2008 and 2012. Before that, from 2005 to 2007, they completed their +2 education in Science from Padmoday Public Model Higher Secondary School. Their earliest education was from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained their SLC degree with a focus on Mathematics from FortyNine Boarding School.

In addition to their formal education, Khimananda Oli has also obtained several certifications. In March 2019, they became a Red Hat Linux Certified System Admin - SA3 through Udemy. In May 2018, they completed an INTERNAL AUDITOR COURSE FOR ISO 27001 from Acert Education and Training, Ghaziabad India. Khimananda also holds a Cisco Certified CyberOps Associate certification, which they obtained in May 2018 from Cisco.
