Terrell Cherisier

Terrell Cherisier is a seasoned professional in customer success and operations management with a diverse background in the logistics and event industries. Currently serving as Customer Success Manager at PortPro since April 2024, Terrell previously held multiple roles at Dray Alliance from August 2021 to April 2024, including Operations Manager, Operations Lead, and Client Success Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Logistics Account Executive at Total Quality Logistics and as Catering Manager at Sonny's BBQ. Additionally, Terrell completed internships at Delaware North and contributed as Ground Control Leader at Insomniac Events. Terrell earned a Bachelor's degree in Event Management from the University of Central Florida, graduating in 2020.
