Portside Media creates visual content for environments that never stand still.

We specialise in drone operations, film production, and photography for maritime, industrial, and corporate environments across Europe - working inside live operations where timing shifts, conditions change, and precision matters.

Our expertise:
- EASA Specific Category certified drone operations for controlled airspace (Port of Rotterdam CTR, Amsterdam CTR, and all Dutch ports).
- Night operations authorization for after-dark maritime documentation.
- Years of operational experience in shipyards, ports, and offshore environments - from vessel construction to heavy-lift operations.

What we deliver:
Film production for maritime and industrial communication - from concept to final delivery. Drone operations where permits and precision matter most. Photography composed with technical precision and visual balance. Timelapse documentation of long-duration projects - from days to months.

Where we operate:
Regular deployments across the Netherlands (Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Vlissingen, Moerdijk), Belgium (Antwerp, Ghent, Zeebrugge), and Germany (Hamburg, Bremen, Wilhelmshaven). We also work extensively along Europe's inland waterway network - Rhine, Meuse, and Waal corridors.

Our approach:
Every project begins with detailed coordination - securing flight permits, coordinating with port authorities, and planning around operational constraints. We integrate seamlessly into active sites, understanding vessel movements, crane operations, and safety protocols.

The result: visual content that serves your communication needs - whether documentation, marketing, or stakeholder presentations.

Founded by Robin Visser (documentary photographer, certified drone operator) and industry veteran Gijs Lokker (film maker and photographer), Portside Media brings calm, considered expertise to complex maritime and industrial environments.

Based in Rotterdam, Netherlands - Serving Europe's maritime industry.
