Fred Powell

Fred Powell has worked in the technology industry for over 30 years. Fred began their career in 1992 as the Creator of FOS at Computing Technologies for Aviation (CTA). In 2011, they moved to Rockwell Collins as a FOS Program Manager. In 2015, Fred joined Stellar Labs, Inc. as the VP Operator Systems. Fred is currently the VP of Product at Portside, a position they have held since 2022.

Fred Powell obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia in 1992. In 1994, they obtained a Private Pilot certification.
