Daniel Hyon-Yook S. has extensive experience with POSCO, having held various leadership roles since 2009, including the current position of Deputy General Manager since January 2019. Key responsibilities include developing a medium-term technology strategy focused on profit generation for diverse industries such as home appliances and motors. Prior roles at POSCO involved leadership in export sales for China and Southeast Asia, domestic plate sales targeting major industrial clients, and market intelligence. Additionally, Daniel served as Section Leader at POSCO University, where contributions included developing a marketing job competency program and participating in a global HRD forum. Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in metallurgy from Yonsei University, completed in 1995.
